THE RIVER HOUSE is a newly-renovated B! We put breakfast foods in our fully equiped kitchen; guests have the opportunity and privacy to look after their own meals at their own time and leisure.
The River House is a gorgeous little jewel: bright, airy, open Victorian, circa 1880. We are right in the middle of Dunedin, a quiet little hamlet nestled amongst the Purple Hills on the banks of the Noisy River, 5 km. west of Creemore, south of Collingwood and right next door to the Creativity Art Retreat.
We have 4 beautiful bedrooms: Downstairs: one with a queen bed on the main floor next to the big bathroom. Upstairs: spacious, light, airy: one bedroom with a king; the second bedroom with a king and a single, and out in the back by the river a very private oasis with a queen sized bed.
We have 2 bathrooms: downstairs with a clawfoot tub, shower, sink, toilet. Upstairs a small two piece bathroom, mosaic counter, bar sink, skylights.
Throughout the River House: gleaming pine floors, original paintings, antiques, front porch with stunning hand-made mosaic-tiled floor and sitting areas, skylights, satellite. Enjoy complete privacy and full use of walkout kitchen, bbq, large deck right on the river.
We are 7 kil. west of Creemore, voted one of Canada's 10 most picturesque villages; minutes from the Bruce Trail,with hiking, shopping, skiing at Devil’s Glen, Blue Mountain, Mansfield and between May and November, offer a wide selection of painting, drawing, meditation, yoga, journaling workshops (call for brochure) at the Creativity Art Retreat right next store.

Single $85. Double $100.
$100. a room otherwise. (rates vary in off season full house rental)
Weekly and nightly rentals, prices vary depending
on season.
Winter ski rental: December through April.
